Not when we do it right. We pre-soak every plant, shrub, and bed before we start, then re-soak repeatedly while the chemical is on the roof, and rinse everything thoroughly when we're done. We've never lost a plant in years of doing this — but we treat it like our own garden every single time.

Because pressure washing destroys roofs. High-PSI water blasts the protective granules off your shingles — you'd see grit pouring out of your downspouts after. We use soft wash: low pressure, plus a chemical that actually kills the algae. The chemistry does the work, not the force.

It also lasts much longer. Pressure washing just removes what you can see; soft wash kills the algae at the root so it doesn't come back for years.

Gutter cleaning: 1 hour for single-story, 1.5–2 hours for two-story. Roof soft wash: 1.5–3.5 hours depending on size. Gutter guards: 2–4 hours. Pressure washing a driveway: 1–2 hours. Most homes are done in half a day.

No. As long as we can access the property and any water spigots we need, you can be at work, on vacation, anywhere. We'll send you before/after photos when we're done. For interior cleaning, we coordinate access with you directly.

We carry $1M in general liability insurance. If something goes wrong, it's covered. But honestly — in years of doing this work, the way we avoid damage is by being careful, going slow, and not rushing. That's the real protection.
